What Arcozegou dislikes about Le Drapeau:
The place, atmosphere and service were good, but the food was downright disgusting. I asked for my minced steak cooked medium rare, it arrived burnt on the outside and raw on the inside! I asked for a mille-feuille pastry, they served me a pastry straight out of a freezer with caramel sauce from a bag. I really don't recommend this restaurant!
