The personable owne... read more What an excellent restaurant in all respects! On our first visit, we had the most delicious Italian sub and calzone that we've ever enjoyed. The personable owners of this fantastic new restaurant went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel as if we were not just valued customers but old friends. We chose to sit outside on their spacious deck by the beautiful riverside. On our next visit, we'll check out the dining room, which has been completely redecorated and, at first glance, appeared quite inviting. The servers were very friendly and very attentive to our needs and desires. When we find a gem of a restaurant like Fat Olives, we like to share our reviews . We will return here every time we visit Parsons. Everything on their extensive menu looks quite appealing.

The Staff interacted with him.Parking: The parking lot fits many peppe and there's plenty of surrounding parking if the main lot gets full.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the back that a wheelchair individual could go up and the doors so open up wide enough. The tables are spaced apart and the chairs could be removed.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease. They have delicious and huge salad options and they have a delicious cauliflower crust pizza that you can get as an option with any of their pizzas.

Searching for a place to eat, we decided to give this restaurant a try, and I'm so glad we did. The staff, from the server to the manager and even the owner, came by to check on us and see how we were enjoying our meal. The food was fantastic; we had two types of pizzas and a meatball hoagie, and everyone in our group had nothing but compliments. Plus, if you're in the mood for beer, they have plenty, including some locally brewed options from Elkins, WV.
