Try the grain fed rib eye here, medium well. Its amazing ! One of the best I've had. Nice quiet restaurant, very neat, very tidy. Its located inside of Novotel. Try if you're a local and enjoy a good grilled steak. View all feedback.
What Madison Reinger doesn't like about 350 Lounge:
The customer service was good but the food itself was absolutely disappointing, I ordered bbq chicken which was not cooked properly, I had to send it back. Was not well seasoned, the corn was not well cooked either. Even the drinks were terrible. Never going back here again. Highly dissatisfied. View all feedback.
Just a little disappointed about the limited bar menu for lunch
Restaurant is very good. The recent light train construction is annoying. Called the Novotel hotel reception many times to know to entrance of the hotel but No one picked the phone !! poor customer service !!
Really enjoyed the food. Was excellent value and we had a great meal. Disappointing that it took 15 minutes to receive the wine I ordered after main and the staff were behind the curtain drinking coffee and chatting while checking their phones. Another couple had to walk to them after waiting some time to request the desert menu to be told that the kitchen had shut but the staff member would check if it could be done. The bar was meant to be open till 9pm but the bar staff had left and was with the restaurant staff chatting from 8:45. Up until 8:30 was pleased with the service but not good enough in a restaurant charging top end prices

Always a delight to dine here. The Ribeye steak is delicious . Great service. The cocktails here are great. Complimentary parking for diners which is a bonus
