Hooters Parramatta

That were the worst wings I ever had. I was very excited to try this place, chicken wings are my favorite, and I was in hooters in usa and they were fantastic. unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. their boneless wings lubricated like fish, and we couldn't eat them.

Eating is good. I would recommend to try their chicken wings and pork ribs, the service is also very good and the waiter is also friendly.

I have already submitted this via their website on 18 7 2020, but I have no answer: we arrived at 19:30 clock and we ordered at 19:45 clock and the new manager, how someone referred to him took our order. he was nice and tried his best. he was looking for someone who was approx. 5 minutes 10 minutes after our order helps. the reason why I know is how I was in the direct view of the POS terminal order system. a few minutes later a waitress came back to confirm what dressing we ordered on our salat. between about 8:10 and 20:20 a.m., various waiters passed, indicating that our eating was about 2 minutes away and apologised. the new manager...read more

Extremely bad service! Took 1.5hrs for our food to come out which is absolutely ridiculous. Waitresses kept messing up our order and forgot 2 burgers then forgot our order of 50 wings which took another half hour to come out. No apologies were provided which is disgusting. They then overcharged us which we only realised after paying so had to return for a refund. Service from girls was horrible and unwelcoming. Food was oily and did not taste good. Never coming back

It ain't kid friendly if waitresses are wearing like undie shorts shorts to serve customer wearing like that, keep it G OR PG friendly, we don't want the kids to be corrupted! Please cover up youself
