Criniti's - Parramatta

I did not like this place at all. I have no clue why my cousins like it. The service was not very good and the food was below average for italian food. We ordered pizza and it just wasn't nice. We went a lil while ago so maybe they fixed it but i wouldgo somewhere else.

Worst service ever, when I walked in, the workers walked past didn't say hi, didn't ask if I've been served. Wasn't even busy, definitely won't be coming back.

Crinitis was a great experience for me as the food was delicious and the service was great. I ordered a seafood pizza, risotto, a carbonara pasta and bacon carbonara fettucine (not sure what the exact names were). My favourite was the risotto because I loved the sauce they used and the texture was great. However, I did go at a busy time, so it was very crowded and loud. But overall, I had a good time.

Great food, really busy.. but when you don't want dessert staff instantly give the bill and expect you to leave.. overall good quality food and a good price for the quality!

To put it simple, the price you pay for the food is not worth the service you are getting in return. Constantly ignored by staff who are too busy giving priority to bigger group tables, as well as clearing other tables to make room for new walk ins. Saw 2 separate tables walk out because they were waiting for their orders to be taken! This is ridiculous as Criniti's seem to be very boastful of their food, sad people are fooled to give it a go and given terrible service in return.
