The appetizers were fantastic, with fresh and well-presented oysters, garlic prawns with a balanced garlic flavor, and a rich tomato sauce. The main dishes were all very good, but the standout was the crispy and light batter on the fish. I wish I knew their secret recipe. The homemade tiramisu was a delicious way to end the meal. The service was excellent, and we would definitely return to Bertani again.

The garlic prawns were delicious and the meatlovers pizza was the best I have ever had - with big, tasty chunks of meat and delicious sausage on top. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't wait for our next meal there. Keep up the great work, Bertanis!

I am here twice with online vouchers and every time was a pleasant experience. the decor is somewhat outdated, but it didn't disturb me. the waitress was very f... read more I am here twice with online vouchers and every time was a pleasant experience. the decor is somewhat outdated, but it didn't disturb me. the waitress was very friendly (nounces the fact that my newborn baby wept, but our meals were. delicious (mobster pizza was particularly delicious) and came hot and fresh. a meal came with a bottle of wine, and the other deal was just a glass. we didn't even ask what it was, we just enjoyed it. I don't know if the fact that we have dessert and coffee both have ordered paintings has influenced the level of the customer service we have refunded. overall a pleasant experience and we hope to go back soon.

The owners need to take a crash course in customer service first. When we arrived no one welcomed us the owner kept making us feel belittled for...asking wine which was part of the voucher. When ordering a chilli prawn pizza as no seafood was part of the deal there was a very STERN NO. Couldn't wait to get out . The desserts were **** which we had.i hated my whole experience and would never go back

No wonder there was so many tables empty Who...would return if they are treated like rubbish.He ,the owner,needs to take a course in customer service.Even his workers were embarrassed. He caused all of us unnecessary stress. Shame on you and shame on Bertani restaurant.Never again
