My wife asked if she could get... read more I dont think I 've ever watched someone handle customers that rudely. I never leave bad reviews, but just had to for this place. My wife asked if she could get a sandwich with turkey instead of ham, and the woman taking orders just said I guess? in a put-out tone and just stared at her. Then complained she didn 't have a button for that, as though no one has ever asked to substitute a sandwich topping at a subway before! She cut us off when we were talking and acted like we were a huge inconvenience, even though we 've worked in the service industry and always try to be especially kind. It was wild. Honestly just posting in hopes her supervisor sees it and can correct her.
