Mcdonald's Plattekloof - Parow

Had a mix of service here. As far as mcdonalds go this branch can be a bit on the slow side. I've been short changed here before, but I doubt it was intentional. The ladies are quite friendly, and tolerant of drunks late at night. The management staff are usually quite helpful though, so if you have any issues with the food or service they are usually quick to respond and polite about it.

The front-of-house service was satisfactory, and our food arrived quickly. It was delicious. I would especially like to praise the McCafé section for their fantastic coffee.

Unfortunately for my diet plans, but luckily for my fast food cravings, this location is just down the road from my workplace. I've visited a few times, and each time the restaurant has been clean, with quick and efficient service.

Once, when the cashier mistakenly rang up our order, the manager quickly addressed the issue and added the missing items (which were small and simple) without any hesitation or extra charge. For that level of customer service, I think they deserve an extra star!
