Here are a few things to consider before posting negative reviews: They have been short-staffed for a while, but the staff members are all very nice and capable. However, there is only one counter for all the orders, and if you come in while someone is busy handling one of their many DoorDash orders, it can take a while. So please be patient and wait your turn; remember, you wouldn’t want people yelling at you while you’re working either. Additionally, if it’s a hectic time and an employee finally gets a moment for a quick break, like a cigarette, it’s not fair to criticize them online just because you happened to walk in at that moment. Give them a chance to catch their breath, wash up, and come greet you. That said, I want to highlight that Christine, Charles, and Greg are fantastic!

Two workers from 7-Eleven informed me that one of the Subway... read more I placed an online order and arrived at the store only to find that my order had not been prepared. Two workers from 7-Eleven informed me that one of the Subway employees had quit due to an ongoing dispute with a colleague. They also mentioned that this employee had been leaving work to go shopping before this incident. I tried calling for a refund, but no one answered, and I couldn't leave a voicemail. It’s also impossible to reach corporate because they no longer take calls and don’t respond to emails. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General. What a hassle!
