I asked about lunch (it was noon) and was tol... read more I walked in wanting to like this restaurant since it was tucked away in a back alley and the decor was super cute. I asked about lunch (it was noon) and was told I had to wait until 12:30. Since people were in there eating and having wine, I figured breakfast/brunch was finishing up and I said that I would take a seat and wait while ordering a drink. The woman acted like it was absurd that I would wait. I had to ask for a menu, it was confusing about how to oder and any time I asked a question the staff was rude about responding. The wine was reasonably priced, as was the food, but I certainly would not go back because of how rude the staff treated the customers.

Woman behind counter dismissed me although I asked in Italian to see a menu- was more interested in talking to someone else so we left. Don’t bother.

We paid two gin-tonics 18€.

Reviews say they’re rude and I’d sa... read more We were told we could not sit or order because they were closed. Meanwhile they say 3 other groups. Obviously their friends. Reviews say they’re rude and I’d say that’s an understatement. We’re in Parma for 2 weeks and are staying across the street from this restaurant. They will not get a euro from us. Plenty of good places to eat and drink in the area. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
