The staff was a bit push... read more We stopped here for a quick snack while passing through Parma. The location is right on a busy walkway, so it’s quite noisy and hectic. The staff was a bit pushy and kept insisting that we order fresh seafood pasta, which felt unnecessary. In the end, we went for a platter of traditional cured meats with some Parmigiano, plus tortelli with parmesan for my son. The food itself was average. The bread included in the cover charge didn’t seem very fresh, which was disappointing. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the service and atmosphere didn’t really make us want to stay longer.

They se... read more A truly pleasant experience. The service was excellent: the waitresses Giada and Alessia were extremely kind, smiling, and helpful throughout our visit. They served us attentively and quickly, making us feel immediately at ease. It's rare to find such friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back!
