Let me start by saying that I didn't know about the existence of this place, and I found it by chance on the internet, and already from the photos you can understand whether you like the place or not, because the environment you find yourself in is also important, so I went there for curiosity with my boyfriend, and I swear that I have NEVER found such a good restaurant in my entire life, every time we go there the waiters arrive with a different dish in their hands than the first time and the chef amazes you always, I am very spoiled when it comes to food but there is nothing here that you won't like; shortening the discussion and getting to the point, if you want to spend a nice evening with your boyfriend, or if you want to amaze your friends, come to F52 and you won't regret it. This restaurant is located in a Spip craft district. Inside lights maybe too much and background music not pleasant and high if you are near the box . The tables are close and hear the speeches of those who are near you. Eating: pumpkin risotto taken by my wife had no good appearance, my good scallops but nothing exceptional. Very good popcorn ice cream. Very expensive price.

If you are looking for a nice restaurant where you can impress your customer and finalise your best deal don’t risk and leave downtown restaurants to tourists. Here you will find excellent environment, fresh fish and amazing wines. My personal advice: trust always Chef Fabio suggestions. He is a star and you will love his creations. Top !
I like very much their fish menu. There are few choices. Maybe also too few, due to my mind. But what you can get, are very delicately prepared. Tasteful and presentated in a very nice looking way. I can recommend this place.

We discover F52 almost by chance, looking on the web, wanting to make a dinner in a calm, cozy and refined place, characteristics that we discover distinguish the restaurant F52. It is the restaurant connected to the Forlanini 52 hotel, but it lives independently. It is located in a famous industrial area of Parma, which could twist the nose but... that guarantees in my way to see 3 key winning aspects: easy parking (so also accessibility , a definitely non-tourist menu as in the usual restaurants of the city center, select clientele (no noisy boards . At the F52 then you do not go by chance: you go if you want to taste excellent dishes, modern and also refined, mainly based on fish in a modern and elegant place. The cost of course is medium-high, especially if you want to try crustacean dishes such as Catalana or sea bran (red and purple shrimp, curls, tuna, etc.). But the raw material is really of quality, and it is of value also as it is treated, without destroying it or covering it. Crudits, for example, are natural, without heavy marinades, and are supplied apart salts or sauces to season with pleasure. Catalana is really opulent with an excellent vegetable bottom and then a triple of crustaceans, including lobster and lobster. Good service, also with supply of clamps and gears. It is not, however, the typical lemon sage to cool off the hands, ok the cutlery, but it is impossible not to use the fingers Note of merit to the sweets, beautiful and good, made with preparations of level, making them tasty but really light. Also the list of rum and whisky is really worthy of note, with the presence of products such as Martinique's agricultural Rum or the excellent Nikka, Japanese whiskey: only note on distillates, knowing well the price to the bottle, I must say that they are a little too overweight. The amount served is perfect for not spoiling the tasting, but a few euros less per serving would be necessary since they are all products easily available. The service expressed by the waiters and the owner has been of high level (we do not forget also a small entrance offered during the wait , kind staff and really very attentive to every need. In conclusion it should only be said that it is a maximum voting room, with negligible details missed, but where we will definitely return to taste all the menu
The rooms have tapis roulant. The infra structure is on Levels with spaces for conversation m, sofas and reviews. Very dinamic. Interesting as a place for a cocktail party. It also has a small garden, a restaurant and a car parking. It is outside Parma, in the industrial area, with no public means, but the center can be reached in 15 minutes by taxi. Affordable.
A tiny tale of rudeness. Disclaimer: this review is not meant to the rest of the staff of the restaurant who work hard to prepare and serve food with kindness and devotion to their customers. Yesterday my girlfriend and I, coming back to the Hotel Forlanini 52 late in the evening after running around the city for some chores, entered the premises of the hotel using door A (see pictures) because, hungry and exhausted, we were planning on having dinner at the restaurant attached to our hotel. A few seconds after we walked in, with my girlfriend clearly intent to browse the menu at the entrance, the restaurant manager walked towards us and rudely informed us that door A is for the restaurant only, and that we needed to use door C instead. Which required us to leave again through door A, instead of proceeding to the hotel through door B. We were shocked by such aggressive nonsense, and of course did not consume any dinner at said restaurant. A naïve and long term loss of business that could have been avoided using a bit of manners, which should be the minimum requirement for whomever works in hospitality, even more in such prominent role (restaurant manager). Breakfast next day was simple and classy, and the lady who attended us was very kind and professional. And she didn’t care about pedestrian traffic at the doors.
F 52 stands out for the details and originality of its dishes as well as for the professionalism of the staff. In each dish the senses of sight, smell and taste are satisfied. Desserts are also delicious and particular. The room is elegant and intimate, suitable for everyone, especially for couples and for business dinners. The kitchen is open but far from the main room to allow a greater intimacy of the guests. A really recommended place. I felt really good.
