This is a pleasant restaurant with reasonably good food. The menu consists of traditional dishes from Parma and the wider Emilia-Romagna region. After the customary preamble of meats (including prosciutto di Parma and culatello) and Parmigiano-Reggiano morsels, I tried the tris of filled pasta — these were nice but somewhat rich and cloying. The pasta was also rather dry, both due to the rich and dense filling but also scant butter sauce served with them. That said, this is a perfectly acceptable place to eat when visiting Parma.
