Unfort... read more I am sincerely sorry for the disappointment at dinner from Bolpetta to Parma, after a much more appreciated experience in the same restaurant in Bologna. Unfortunately I found the care and quality of the dishes quite lower: the three meatballs of the Bol-burger were literally raw, to the point that I had to ask to remake the dish, but also the second was severely missing of salt and the squacquerone sauce was too liquid and weak. Piovono Polpette (taste of four different types of meatballs) remains an interesting dish, but the fried type was heavy and not pleasant, while the one with almost cold saffron. The chips are excessively commercial and the digestion of the dinner has been difficult (which I don't almost never get meat). In addition, the local has a confused and uncomfortable style.

We happened (lucky) for lunch in an unweekly day, so with little people. Friendly walker, fast service (given the few customers). Water, coca cola, a dish (Piovono polpette XL, consisting of 8 types of meatballs, 3 by type, some excellent, others sufficient) coffee, total expenditure 37,5€. Overall, apart from the local spaces, an experience to do.
