Royal Farms - Parkville

Very salty I ordered my Royal farm chicken , the 8 pieces, it is always so good but I think it is too salt to my taste. It would be great if it is not that salty. Did the cook or serve tasted it ??? I like Royal farm chicken but I realized this location chicken whether it is chicken wings, drumsticks, breast meat etc? it is so salty. Please check it out Lower the salt. Thank you!!

2 of the young african american employees are rude and unwilling to help customers. When asked for assistance to use mobile coupons, neither one knew how to do this. And when i questioned them, was frustrated and angry, and asked for them to correct price, the girl picked up my stuff and walked saying Have a good day. And refused service. This is not the only time this stire has had rude employees that are unwilling to assist customers. And when asked to have them ringnthings up, they refuse and make you use the self checkout.

I was helped by I believe his name was Jerome, he was light skin with a black mask. Very pleasant gentleman, he was running the store alone while a lady was outside talking. Got me in and out along with other customers. If he isn?t a lead already, he definitely should be one. Great guy, beautiful aura. I will be returning because of him.

I went to royal farms, you may have noticed i did not CAPITALIZED royal or farms because, i asked the store employee will there be any more chicken wings up, he told me we will not be frying any more chicken. The time was 10:00 PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. YOU spend tons of money on advertising your world famous fried chicken and we the customers walk into your stores and there is no chicken, W .T. F.

Usually, I get a decent service there, but those people weren't there today. There were two women making chicken. It took then 25 minutes to have my order ready. Then She told they didnt have anymore thighs. I went for wings. On top of that, I ordered a side order of western fry, she just put six western fries on the box. When I got home, there were only couple of western fry that come with the order. I will never order again when those two ladies are there.
