read moreThe cafe at the interpretive center offers a range of dishes featuring buffalo meat. Reviews of the food are mixed, with some guests finding it delicious while others were disappointed by the quality and portion sizes. Overall, the cafe seems to suffer from a lack of consistency and overpriced items. However, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient for visitors exploring the center. Despite its shortcomings, the menu focuses on locally sourced ingredients, particularly bison, and offers a unique culinary experience in a historical setting. The cafe caters to various dietary needs, making it a suitable choice for families and tourists alike.
