Mcdonald's - Parkesburg

If they were the collective iq of anyone who works on this place, and multiplied it with a thousand, they would still not be able to tie their shoes. laighbly bad service, terrible food, please close this place and turn it into a kiste Fil-a.

The service was very slow at 11:00 p.m. here. Having payment and pickup as one window, I imagine it was the cause. I don't like it when they do this. I feel that if you touch money, you should not touch food or drink.

Compare this place to 666 new falls rd and this McDonald's get like 20 stars. Honestly there is a reason that the McDonald's on new falls road has the mark of the beast as their address. Eat here because the next McDonald's you pass and decide to eat at might be your last meal???

Whoever owns and manages this place needs to pay attention to all the complaints. The workers at the drive thru are always nice. That’s the only good thing. The food is terrible. Always tastes old. Chicken nuggets tasted as if they were cooked yesterday. Fries old and stale. I don’t like going to this location. Honestly only go because my 3 year wants it. But definitely is the worst location in the area.

I come here for lunch about every other day since there are few options in this area. But this is the last straw. They tried to make me pay twice.I placed a mobile order. Paid using the mobile app. I drive up and am told I need to pay again. I show them the order verification showing I paid. They responded, I don't care what that says you need to pay now I asked for the manager who said the same thing.When I reiterated I already paid and would not pay twice the manager gave me my food but accused me of stealing.Absolutely rediculous.
