Chili's Grill - Parkesburg

Great service. Server was amazing to see how I got close in less than an hour. Food was great!

My dad and I meet up here every couple of weeks for dinner, it is always a great meal and very filling. The restaurant is very clean, sanitary, everyone is spaced out. We felt very safe going here. The specials are always fantastic and it's smart to sign up with the club because you get free items. Staff is always friendly and having a great time. The location in Gap Pennsylvania especially is our favorite!

This is my 3rd time coming here, where the first two times were over 6 months ago. I really didn't enjoy our experience recently. The workers were definitely different than previous visits. They used to be asian. Not that it matters but my sense is that now they have opened another location, they just hire cooks/help. The same attention to detail is gone.

Amazing staff, and very clean. I got a burger, fries, and a salad. The burger and salad were very good, the fries were over salted (and I like salt) and the oil was old and dirty which made the fries taste gross. My 2 year old wouldnt eat her chicken strips or fries due to the nasty taste of the old oil. Other than the fryer everything else was great.
