The windows on the... read more The cafe is situated under large shady oak trees on the edge of a park overlooking rose gardens which were in full bloom when we were there. The windows on the cafe slide and fold right back concertina-style to enable you to be immersed in the natural setting. I had the summer vegetable pie and salad which was very yummy. My husband had the 12hour slow cooked beef sandwich which he loved.

The cafe can get busy, but it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I was in the mood for a burger and a draft beer, and my cravings were definitely satisfied here.
