Feedback
The Dish Cafe was very inviting and comfortable. We had Devonshire tea which was delicious. The service was excellent and friendly. What a wonderful experience to enjoy lovely food with the entertainment of the Dish rotating!!
After travelling through Dubbo and being recommended by the info centre about how great the cafe was, my partner and I had decided to high tail it to the cafe before taking a look at the dish.On the way we saw an advert on a billboard clearly advertising the opening hours of the cafe...open till 4:15pm!We kept up our pace and arrived just a few minutes to 4pm and were sadly TURNED AWAY by an intense staff member. My partner and I have been cafe owners ourselves and never, ever turned a customer away early, even if they were a little late, we could still manage a takeaway cake or coffee etc. Very poor customer service.
This is a reasonable eatery. Fair sized menu, including pies and pasties at reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere and good service.
