The staff was not very friendly, and the donuts I received were not fresh despite placing my order early in the morning. While they did provide extra items, it’s really more about quality than quantity. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience for both me and my son.

The atmosphere felt chaotic and disorganized, the quality of the drinks varied, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the volume of customers. They recently introduced large touch screens for ordering, but mine malfunctioned at the payment stage, causing me to get skipped in line. Overall, it's never a smooth experience here. I would recommend seeking better options elsewhere.

I ordered a breakfast item and a few donuts from the menu. When I arrived, my order was ready—that was fast. But the girl at the window looked completely bored. When I opened the bag, my breakfast sandwich was missing. Frustrated, I had to circle back and get in line again, which ironically ended up being faster than the drive-through. I really wish there was a Krispy Kreme nearby.

Whether it's a wrong order, missing items, cold sandwiches, or ground coffee beans at the bottom of the cup, the experience is consistently frustrating. The staff often seem rushed or uninterested, and the overall environment feels disorganized and disappointing. We keep giving it another shot, hoping for improvement, but it's rare that things go smoothly. Also, their sugar-free hazelnut flavor is lacking. We'll be exploring other options from now on.

We used to make trips to DIA just to stop by their store. The service is usually good, though occasionally our orders get mixed up. Still, the staff are always eager to fix any errors.
