This is one of the best quick Asian family meals you could wish for. Every time we eat here the quality is just spot on. Very much worth going you always leave satisfied and wanting more. There are lots of choices, so even the pickiest eater will find something tasty to eat .., View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Yummy Box:
We ordered our food and waited nearly half hour for 1 dish to come out. Then they had some Chinese customers, it seems their friends, they sit down for 8 minutes and they got their 1 dish came out, after 10 minutes, they got their second dish came out while we were still waiting for our second dish! Finally after 1 HOUR, our second dish came out, we were so ready to walk out! place dirty, all the plates are quite old... View all feedback.
Yummy Box (park holme) does have some nice food. There are some problems though. If you do not get what you order, or there is hardly any meat amongst the mass of noodles and some vegies, this restaurant DOES NOT CARE. They will not replace...the meal, or reduce the price next time when you tell them about the problem. I actually asked them "don't you want to keep your customers happy", and all they could say is they are not willing to do anything about it. I wasn't rude, I mentioned they were extremely busy that night, so instead of waiting for minutes I was there for minutes. I like noodles and vegies but when I pay I expect there to be a reasonable amount of meat (chicken in my case), and though there was hardly any meat, they were unwilling to do anything to make up for my loss, expecting a normal amount of chicken that I had ordered many times before. I even said most restaurants will do something to make up for any problems. This place will not. I told them I will never go there again and I will be warning others of their lack of ethics care.
Whilst the food is very good. The wait time was so bad I refuse to ever step foot in there again! Wednesday night takeaway and I ordered things. I ordered at and did not receive my order until Lots of lies and...excuses and no offer to refund. People who ordered after me complained and then got their order quicker. Very badly managed. However the quality of the food is good
The prices are very reasonable and variety is plenty. Tasty and aromatic. Newly renovated, clean and spacious now. Service however can be improved ..short of staff at times.
Great value and the food tastes fabulous. They have recently had a total refit and it looks really good, love the arbor of chili.
好吃的 饺子！very delicious dumplings. Might have to wait a little but always full of Chinese, so you know it's good
