However, there was a long wait because the second staff member was preoccupied with her phone and did not attend to customers in the back room. This is why I rated the service only 3 stars. After about ten minutes, when she finally put her phone away, she began helping the customers who were right behind me in line.

The guy behind the counter is very unprofessional likes to argue and talk back to customers instead of helping resolve issues. Their quality of food is terrible and communication forget about that save yourself the headache drive to Beecher or even Crete 100 better then the circus at South heights!

The staff is always polite and handles my orders without any problems. The service is excellent, and the food is fantastic! It's the best subway around!
