Wendy's - Park City

The employees are extremely impolite and continually make mistakes with orders. Additionally, they prioritize being on their phones over helping customers. I am shocked to see that the management also engages in this behavior, such as being on their phones while working. The woman at the drive-thru, who was African American, had a unpleasant attitude while chatting on her phone with friends about partying later that night while she was on the clock. Is this the standard of behavior for your establishment? If so, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
