What Angela doesn't like about Burgers Bourbon:
Horrible service. Ordered drinks, apps dinner. Got apps before drinks that took FOREVER to come then server just forgot to put in our dinner order, then comes to table to ask if we still want our food~YES, that’s why we came!! Such a disappointment for such a nice expensive place. Never offered to do anything for us! Will never go back View all feedback.
Service was slow. Would have had 2 bottles of wine but first was served so late, we passed. Appear to be understaffed
Best burgers. Fantastic location. Great service. Make sure you finish with a shake!
We have eaten here several times over the years. The quality and portions have definitely gone down hill as the prices have gone up. If you're staying at the Montage go into town, if you're in town there are plenty of good quality restaurants to choose from without traveling up.
This was not a great dining experience. Burgers were pretty average, the cocktails were very inconsistent. Ordered the same drink twice and it was served two different ways. Weird. The fries were great.
