The r... read more Ray's is absolutely fantastic! The food is consistently incredible—I’ve been there six times now. Ray himself is personable, fun, and truly down-to-earth. The restaurant is located in a food trailer at what is arguably the worst truck stop in Wichita, KS (the Philips 66, formerly known as the Kangaroo Truck Stop). Despite the less-than-ideal setting, I go out of my way to visit Ray's because it's worth it. The truck stop should be really grateful to have him there, as I know many of us brave the potholes deep enough to swallow the Burj Khalifa just to enjoy a meal at Ray's!
