Was Anonym at Shiro a mag?
A very nice gastronomic discovery. We had a nice evening. We were on the floor and the room was very noisy. The bosses watch a little too much grain and press his employees a little too much. Great experience yesterday noon! The 6-step menu is to fall! The selection of wines also! A treat! To do and redo
Fabulous culinary experience . The foie gras risotto teriyaki was divine (see photo) and the beef filet wagyu out of this world. Honestly I couldn’t finish my plate.And then the yuzu dessert with apple compote. This was all à la carte order. No preset menus. Highly recommended. The team around the Chef was disciplined and focused all evening. Not a word. It was a ballet.
