I placed my order at the restaurant and patiently waited for my food. As another customer paid in cash, the person behind the counter wearing gloves handed her change and then proceeded to grab my food. The first two items I received were fine, but when I got home, I noticed something unsettling. The employee used both hands with the same gloves to handle my order, contaminating my food. I immediately asked for a refund, but instead, they tossed my food back in the fryer container for the next customer and proceeded to do the same with my go bucket order that was already prepared. I insisted on getting my money back, but they just placed the cash inside the bucket. The money was filthy! When I requested a full refund, a man came over to process it. I expressed my concerns to him, and he simply shrugged it off, claiming they should be more careful. When I asked to speak to the manager, the man said he was in charge. This lack of respect and cleanliness at KFC in Paris is appalling. We will not be returning.

I wish they had informed me earlier so I could have chosen something else. Waited a total of 50 minutes. How long does it take to deep fry chicken? The service behind the counter was bad, they spoke to me as if I was wasting their time. Overall, not impressed by this location.

I just went five minutes ago and they were closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 9. This has happened at least six times now. I will not be going back again.

It was clear that it had been sitting out for a prolonged period of time. This was the worst experience I have ever had with KFC.
