I was there to pick up an order for someone else, and I was spoken to rather rudely. I was told, “It will be ready in less than five minutes, just so you know; we have 15 more minutes to make it.” All they needed to say was, “It’s not quite ready; we’re working on it now.” The tall girl at the counter was also giving orders to the other staff members in a harsh tone.
