Pizza Vesuvio

We stoped for a bite to eat between shopping and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent. The make server was fast and efficient even with the issues of the protests. The food quality was superb. We hade the authentic Carpaccio de Boeuf, Focaccia and frites. A draft bear and classics French Bourgogne. The Carpaccio was incredible. There was depth in flavour and silky texture. With gorgeous rich olive oil drizzle, a beautiful artichoke heart and shaved parm for that hint of salt to complete this flavour palate. It was a work of Art for your palate. The Focaccia was also a show stopper. The texture of this savoury semi hard pizza style was a perfect partner to the Carpaccio. Treat yourself after providing Louis Vuitton.

We have passed this restaurant many tilmes and we finally decided to stop in. We are so happy we did. The pepperoni pizza was about the best we have had, including many pizzas in Italy. We will definitely eat here again..

After an evening visit to the louvre we were feeling tired and wanted to eat near the novotel Gare Lyon, this was the perfect place to eat, excellent pizza.

Bonne pizza Calzone, copieuse, servie avec une saladePlat du jour : Papillotte Saumon et Tagliatelles au resto. Bon mais le tout baigne dans l'huile d'olive, dommage.Personnel très accueillant.Nous y retournerons avant le prochain départ en train
