Home away from home We went for "Menu du Chef"Started with several appetizers including sashimi, followed by main, and sushiFinished with desert.
We booked a table for 21h15 on a Saturday evening, specifically asking if this was not too late and got the confirmation, it was fine. When we got there, it took some time before we could order and were told it was not possible to order Sushi "A la carte" as it would require 50mn to get them ready...We were then told to order the 50 EUR menu as this one would be served in a timely manner. The way the message was communicated to us, was anything but close to the traditional extreme politeness of the Japanese culture.Talking about the food, it was average and over priced. This explains why I would not recommend this restaurant, there are a significant number of excellent Japanese restaurants in Paris, where the food is great and customers are treated with proper respect, so I would recommend to simply forget this one.
Nice presentation, clean and dity. Kind service. Only negative point is the price level. Fixed menu are priced at.50euro...and sorry that is not right value.
Me and my friend had dinner there in June and we had a very good time. Quiet place, good service for a reasonable price (66e for two). Food was excellent.
