Arrived by chance, with a friend; intrigued by the intimate and reserved environment, the very special and detailed menu. excellent selection of sake, popular dishes and sushi man available to clarify all our doubts, I will come back!
A minimalist decor, a simple and discreet welcome ... and the whole tradition of Japanese gastronomy in assets and in glasses or cups. everything is absolutely excellent and of first quality. The rate is related: rather high!
Hideo is much older and wiser than he seems... he is from a different time, unconformist, very high-quality and original Japanese food that I have found nowhere else in Paris, San Francisco, London or New York.
