Our waitress explained t... read more Two families of four, we fortunately have an outdoor table in this restaurant on the quieter side of Butte de Montmartre, rue Francœur. Our waitress explained the principle; between the appetizers and the main dishes, large dishes to share and how they confidently recommend...we take two of each, we agreed with hardly a look at the menu and sat back to enjoy what was basically an offbeat and delicious tasting menu on a wonderfully warm evening in August. Each dish was a fantastic mix of textures and aromas, and before we surprise one, the next would come and surprise us all again. So much variety I can't remember everything we had, but standouts were the sharp cut raw scallops, delicate pieces of juicy beef, some big bumblebees and an amazing chocolate mousse to finish, and all for a very reasonable price. One of the best experiences I have eaten in Paris for a very long time, so will definitely try to go back soon, as I feel that these guys are going on fast to bigger things...
