The staff is japanese , and very nice Not everything is vegan but you can choose between a wide range of yokan agar agar sweets) plus namagashi and mochi. The food changes regularly, according to season, so you always have something new to pick! You'll always have one or two vegan options among the lunch dishes, but be sure to ask it without the miso soup if you don't eat fish contains fish stock).
