As with all Japanese culture, there is charm here and design simplicity. However, the food is average and the prices are exorbitant. Perhaps just for tea?

Toraya is a classy tea room where you can find different kinds of japanese teas and authentic patisserie.You may not find the same sweets throughout the year, but will have the chance to get whatever is typical of the season. It is absolutely worth more than a visit, but it is very pricey and was not impressed by their service, since I have been waiting a while for the tea and had to remind the staff before getting it.
