It was a nice spot, but there was a bad sme... read more We ate here on our recent weekend trip to Paris. We had the first table by the window, which was open to the street. It was a nice spot, but there was a bad smell of urine and sewage coming from the street (not the restaurant). We managed to ignore this enough to enjoy our dinner. The currys we ordered were good, but that's it. While the curry was tasty, it was kind of a small portion for the price. The salad had a very greasy mayonnaise like dressing, and was way over loaded with it. The naan (which is the best part), tasted old, pre-made and reheated. The bathrooms were in the musty smelling basement, which had no lights on. So you had to walk though a dark basement to a filthy small bathroom. Overall, this place is just ok. The staff was friendly, so that helped but otherwise would not recommend.
