The interior was clean and well appointed with charming tile work. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the carpaccio and Sea Bream. And plenty of good wine and champagne. Thank you so much for starting our visit to Paris on a high note.

It was simply a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm about their food and wine in this atmospheric restaurant, all along overseen by Truffe (their black Labroador puppy) who is gorgeous. Phebe will be my first port of call on my next visit to Paris. Superb.

The atmosph... read more Our party of eight had a wonderful meal at Phebe! My pea soup entree was the best pea soup I've ever had, and the salmon main course was also great. The atmosphere at Phebe was beautiful and not loud at all. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I was able to make a reservation. It was a perfect dinner for our last night in Paris!
