We dined here as part of a tour group. The owner and his family were so friendly and accommodating. The interior was clean and well appointed with charming tile work. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the carpaccio and Sea Bream. And plenty of good wine and champagne. Thank you so much for starting our visit to Paris on a high note.

Fantastic restaurant, excellent service and superb food. Would highly recommend. The original decor was lovely, the father and son front of house were attentive and informative on the menu.

Greeted with a warm welcome from both Father and Son to their beautiful classically Parisian restaurant we ate a stunning Cote de Boeuf washed down with a delicious Chasse Spleen. It was simply a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm about their food and wine in this atmospheric restaurant, all along overseen by Truffe (their black Labroador puppy) who is gorgeous. Phebe will be my first port of call on my next visit to Paris. Superb.

We had a great time in this very nice typically Paris bistrot, excellent food and pleasant service. Highly recommending it.

Our party of eight had a wonderful meal at Phebe! My pea soup entree was the best pea soup I've ever had, and the salmon main course was also great. The atmosphere at Phebe was beautiful and not loud at all. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I was able to make a reservation. It was a perfect dinner for our last night in Paris!
