A nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy to walk up to l'Arc de Triomph from there. Rooms just ok: not too big, but enough for staying. Varied breakfast choice. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Orinoco:
the helpfulness and kindness of the staff are exceptional!! However the rooms are equivalent to a 3 star compared to the rest of Europe. shine in sink. door of the room damaged in the bottom and beds not made when you stay 2 nights. the window of my room was so dirty that it doesn't feel like looking out room 2057). my bonus points were not placed on my card View all feedback.
Hotel was average, nothing over the top. Rooms are clean, everyone was friendly enough but not bend over your back friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and friendly. We stayed in an urban room and each had a twin bed. The location near the arc is great and just a short walk to some good restaurants. We gave it four stars just because the bathroom and main door are super heavy and my daughter did not like the semi see through panel outside the bathroom. They gave us wine and cookies! We would definitely stay again.
Friendly and helpful staff. The place is really busy and had 100% occupancy on this occasion. Regardless of the high occupancy there is always someone on hand to help. More like 2 staff to one.
Excellent place with an unbeatable location. Just a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, you'll find all kinds of trade on your way!
I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the impeccable room, the kindness and the availability of the staff.
