The whole building is decorated in a very tasteful manner. We had dinner there and the atmosphere is very quiet, relaxing without being too formal Food was really good , they have several degustation menu , that you can assemble was you want or you can get plates from the menu separately as well. We had a surprising but delicious sparkling sake , that was a first and a nice surprise. Regarding the price it is of coure rather expensive but in my opinion well worth it.
It's simply so beautiful, so quiet, and so good, it's one of my favorite places in Paris for a tea. We had tea with wagashi. It all tasted absolutely delicious. And the atmosphere is very harmonious. I felt regenerated after Ogata.
We had tasteless plates, mainly based on vegetables which were not even properly cooked and with their proper flavors . It is a shame that it has 1 Michelin star, a true disgrace to the Michelin star ratings. I am a culinary expert and have been to many starred restaurants in my whole life and no one has been such a disappointment as this one. I have wanted to write a review just to warn people against this place and call upon the good judgement of culinary people… take away the star and don’t value this place.
