I've been here for a year. I have never had to complain about anything and today I am, on the whole, very happy to make my purchases in this store. However, today the doorman at the reception of the store spoke very badly to me (she was aggressive to me just because I had not heard what she had answered and that I politely asked her to repeat.) On this one, I'm not at all satisfied. I'll come back, but if it happens too often, you won't have me as a client anymore, I'll see elsewhere.
Good small choice of take-away dishes. A microwave is available on site to heat its dishes. A sushi bar is present to produce fresh sushi. A bigger choice of supermarket products in the basement. The staff was cordial. Possibility of shopping in the basement and everything to pay at the crate of the rdc. No leads at the cash desk during our visit. A strange point, at the level of beer in the fridges; These are bottles of capsules, we didn't have a bottle with us. We had to go down on hot cans. I don't know if it's the same in all stores in France but in Belgium, it's the cans that are in the fridge to consume freshly.
The surprise of this Monoprix is the underground supermarket! We shoot and discover rays in a kind of labyrinth, it's very amazing, but especially very convenient to have this store in the neighborhood because we find everything there. Even a sushi store!
