Yes, honor, low hat and a big thank you for having enjoyed us for 20 years, following m. and mme harvester. "my favorite restaurant; authentic! Excellent! gourmet authenticity "I gladly take these last three opinions full of enthusiasm. Yes, here we were spoiled by an authentic tradition cuisine. a real French cuisine to which we only reach with veal funds, sauce funds that the well-thinkers want to prevent, as they want to prevent our cheeses from raw milk to impose on us sanitized, insipid, dietary perfectly normal. Well, yes, harvester will close his doors permanently on July 29th. What a sadness! Finished the OL salad bowls, finished the hot sausage apple with oil, finished the eggs in meurette...fine also the chicken with bits and yellow wine, finished the scalope of veal ris at the coast-du-jura, the sapper apron, the whole veal rog, the square succulent of lamb .and the wonderful lip cap... I have a ball in my throat by writing these lines because it's a whole world that goes into general indifference. more ducloux in turnnus, more burgundy in turnnus (deign successor of ducloux jean), end of the traditional bevel father to tallerories. I was happy yesterday to make the same meal I had done here 35 years ago as to close a loop. I believe that with harvester, it is the best value for bets that go away. so yes, honor and low hat to you philippe and mayet valery. Thank you for being faithful to the tradition of true French cuisine. And...no, I didn't forget it: bravo to philippe having kept the family qunelle intact for the greatest happiness of all. Thank you to valerie for her smile, her discretion, her kindness and her professionalism. Thank you again, and God keep you!
Everything is excellent, I don't resist the blown cinnamon. enjoy the great holidays.
