The atmosphere is not without recalling the bouddha bar with its busy decor, its tame atmosphere, the pretty girls at the reception and who place you, and the lounge music latino way. everything is studied to put you in an atmosphere, a moment of escape. So the message is clear, which matters not only in the plate! each will find its place between several levels (main room, balcony, bar space .even a smoking cabin) but the bar room is just surprising with its two huge columns type peplum (we might believe in cruise the time of a trip.) the service is insured in a competent way. our waitress could describe each dish with the dominant taste, seasoning. The cébiches were delicious. the quality of the ingredients is at the rendezvous, we have taken chicken and fish anticuchos (brochettes) and there, bravo !! The talent of the cooks is well present. The accompaniments are original (clashlo riz and fried cassava) and the desserts are purely succulent, notably the quinoa with milk with homemade ice cream with orange blossom and speculos balls. the wines remain expensive even at the glass. cocktails also but they are worth it, especially the pisco sour (pettail péruvien maison.) the presence of a great chef at the controls of the restaurant brings a lot to the discovery of Peruvian cuisine and is only slightly adapted to European taste. In conclusion: we loved: the excellent cuisine, extraordinary flavors and subtlety of the agreements, the fast service (but we were in August!), we loved less: the drinks a bit prohibitive and an atmosphere too costly (from the name of the famous Paris restaurant owners) with the pretty naked blonde who walks in the room a little lost to be a useless doll. See with the friendly valet of the famous restaurant the white house (just next to) for your car. The addition of 130€ to two for 2 cocktails, 1 entrance, 2 dishes, 2 accompaniments, 2 desserts, 2 coffees. we find this correct for a trendy place.
