Was Dijon T at Mandoobar a mag?
Be careful, very good but small portions, especially the salad at 8 euros (exaggerated price). Fresh and well-cooked products. Very good beef ravioli (10 pieces 10 euros, which is very reasonable). Very fresh sea bream tartare, lightly flavored and very tender, not super filling but OK (15 euros). View all feedback.
What Pauline Bonnefoy dislikes about Mandoobar:
The tuna tartar was cut less finely than in the past and I find it less pleasant in the mouth. We also found the flavour of kimchis less balanced than during our last visit. But overall it remains very good. View all feedback.

I had a nice dinner with friends in this beautifully decorated place. without tables but with counters around the kitchens, we had an excellent alcoholic rice and ate good steamed ravioli, an excellent beef tartare (even those of tuna and turkey seemed very inviting) softness with refined discrete flavors with a point presentation of dishes
Delicious ... both tartars and mandu ravioli! all prepared under our eyes by expert hands. le: taste the ice in dessert it's a slaughter!
The place looks great — clean lines, cozy vibe, and prices that are shockingly kind for Paris. So far, so good. But then the food shows up. The shrimp mandoo? Fantastic. Crispy, juicy, perfectly done. But that’s where the praise ends. The Korean tartar is a misfire — not raw, not tartar, just burnt beef pretending to be something it’s not. The chicken mandoo leaves a weird aftertaste that overstays its welcome. And the salad? Decent, but bland. Bottom line: go if you’re curious, but outside of the shrimp, there’s not much worth remembering — or recommending. My wife and I came here on our last night of vacation. It was incredible. We had the Kimchi and pork, chicken, and bulgogi Ravioli . Then, our barbeque beef tartare came out with the rice and ssam salad. It was an incredible combination of flavors. We finished off with homemade ice creams which were amazing. It made for a great evening with my wife. I would absolutely come back. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
