What Pauline Bonnefoy dislikes about Mandoobar:
The tuna tartar was cut less finely than in the past and I find it less pleasant in the mouth. We also found the flavour of kimchis less balanced than during our last visit. But overall it remains very good. View all feedback.

Beautiful address in this tristounet neighborhood where it is very difficult to find one!Raviolis (mandu) steam in entry and tartars in dishes and that's all! as much to say that these specimens are ultra-fresh (and prepared in front of you)...The staff, very kind and smiling, will gladly inform you about the spices used, the peppers for example, one of which is very surprising! the dorade tartar was to fall, that of tuna slightly too high to my taste but very good and that of beef simply delicious! small advice to accompany your meal well; They have a fresh and fruity white Mentou-salon!Very good time, so I strongly recommend it!

Recommended by François-Régis gaudry in one of his shows on France-Inter (we will taste), we went to test the mandoobar. We've got it! little choice but very high quality, tartars and salads made minute in front of you. ravioli of an incredible finesse. and a very precise and fast service. Less (if necessary): a small room (20 places, all at the counter): it is better to book. a somewhat decent and discreet location, but very well known to local fans.

The setting is atypical: the decoration is sober and clean: brick walls, kitchen wood, suspended bulbs, and above all we eat around the kitchen.Everything is done under our eyes, attesting to a freshness of the products. The ravioli are very good, lots of flavors in the farce, and the tuna tartar is divine, certainly the best I ate. However, we asked the question about the quantity, we were told that it was a dish, it is actually a small entrance: 60g of tuna, neither more nor less. Besides, maybe it's Korean recipe, but I would have enjoyed some extra ingredients, just to color the plate. But this dish is like the frame, sleek, and it sublimates the tuna.To eat at his hunger I would advise ravioli, tartar, and a Korean salad. At dessert, ice cream and homemade sorbet, we took the "cocococo charcoal" (cococoal nut): delicious. It is absolutely necessary to reserve because very few places.

Good dining experience with subtle flavors. Attentive service. Maybe a little light portions.

Delicious, affordable and... lovely people!
