We're looking for the client. Everything is well explained on the dishes, even when you know lol. The night pisco was excellent. The tiger's leche is very copied. Maybe there's a little fish. Maybe it can be offered in spicy or light version as it was? (I think of very spicy cuisine lovers. I enjoyed my lomo salado. Excellent! Unfortunately, I had no place for dessert!!! With regard to decoration, one could add some typical Peruvian decorations (stats, landscape frames... even if one sees that one wishes a rather clean restaurant room.
