Took 10 business guests here with partners. They put us in a side room which was private for our large group and the chefs daughter then looked after us all night. Service was first class. The food ranged from great wholesome french flare, to an average steak and frittes . Some of the guests raved about their food, some of them said it was OK and had food envy of the others. Generally a great night. Worth trying out as it not bad, not fancy, just good food and wine at a really good price with a chef who cares about his food and people.

I have been to l'opportun before and have always loved it. everytime I go to Paris I try to stop by and eat the steak tartare with frites and the duck salad. On this trip, it was so good we went twice. Once for dinner and the other time for lunch. Both times were perfect and I was able to try the quenelle de brochet (amazing) and the rumsteck a fourme (also amazing). Staff is friendly, prices are very reasonable, the place is super quaint, and the duck salad is the BEST!
