Food wa... read more This is a restaurant school . Students in France can leave regular school at 15 and prepare for a career . Our server was now 18 and ready to graduate . Food was quite good and beautifully plated. Menus are set for the month but each week different chefs have the opportunity to create his or her own take on it. For an appetizer I had a tartar of veggies and quinoa -delicious and then whole fish. Some of the kids speak a little English . The choco late mousse was divine. They also have a bar; I recommend the kir. Just watching the young staff is entertaining .
