The owner is very friendly and business-minded, but the waitress was dreadful. She couldn't be organized, looked down on customers, threw dishes and bottles onto the tables, and spoke rudely to them (authoritarian and condescending). She clearly needs to learn the basics of the job... There was a huge wait just to get a carafe of water while waiting for the menus, and even longer to get enough glasses on the table, bread, and to order dishes that, while decent, were expensive for the quality and quantity. The experience was ruined by terrible service, even though the place itself is very nice with a good atmosphere, the food is decent, and the owner makes some good gestures to make up for his waitress's attitude. It's fine for a drink on the terrace, but for a meal inside, if you get the same waitress, avoid it—but if it's one of the other waiters or the owner, go for it!
