From the outside the place looks top and relaxing, with regard to the dressing room, it is better not to be pudic. The hammam is clean but looks more like a swimming pool since no one goes through the raclette! we went there on a Sunday afternoon and the place was filled, noisy, impossible to relax on the uncomfortable and insufficient numbers!! The classic 35€ spa entrance is unjustified...On the other hand, care staff is attentive and professional.

I'm going to spas one to two times a week as well independent as hotels or palaces. The urban spa concept is quite pleasant. The nice frame. excellent brunch but reception and service are poor, deplorable to the limit of contempt. While I cut my finger in the pool on the crude cement of the edges, my towel being soaked and having a finger in blood, I politely ask the welcome a towel so that I can wipe after my shower and be able to put a dressing on my wound. the man at the entrance who seems to me to be the person in charge refuses by having in addition the toupet to tell me this is not the first time that he tells me to bring back an extra towel because we supply only one towel. So he recognizes me as a regular client but prefers to let me with the **** finger dry me with a towel that served me for the pool, the transat and the hammam so far from being sterile. I explain to her that I usually do a care so I always had several towels but nothing to do. He answers me with contempt and dedain that it is like that and not otherwise. That's not how we treat a client who hurt himself in his place even less a regular. he should change his profession or hire receptionists with the smile and the sense of service he undoubtedly ignores the notion completely. In most spas, the number of towels is unlimited and when not, we are provided at least two towels. one for the inside of the spa and one for the shower. the proof, I don't even remember asking him an extra towel so much that for me it flows from source to have several towels. making low-level economies is a pathetic without name but beyond that, its despicable behavior is more than anti-commercial. The behavior of this arrogant gentleman is far from urban but rather ghetto. what I like most in the spas is usually the staff who is at little care and puts everything in place to contribute to the relaxation and well being of its customers, this gentleman overflows with evil being and is odious with the customers, from tension to the entrance and exit of a spa see even during it is no longer a spa. about the quality of the services, except the massages that are overshadowed but not I don't know if I'd go back to that spa or recommend it to friends again.

This perfectly sized spa is a haven for relaxation in the beautiful city of Paris. The air of calm welcomes you from the moment you arrive. The facilities, which include a hydrotherapy pool, sauna steam room are all clean kept to a high standard. I experienced the full body massage, which was perfect professional, left me in a deeper state of relaxation. The icing on the cake is definitely the wonderfully wholesome brunch served in the cafe area upstairs. There is a wide array of cereals, breads, cakes, served on a buffet basis, and you also select a hot option from the menu. My friend I both loved the experience at no point felt rushed. If you want to find a small chilled spa, this is certainly the one to go for. After recently experiencing a larger spa with more facilities in the U.K., I am reminded of the sense of calm that L'Échappée restored in both myself my friend on both of our visits. Thank you, thank you, L'Echappée!
