Le Solferino - Paris

We ate this noon in this little brewery and we enjoyed, the children shared carbonara pasta, my husband took a bowl of poke and I a pepper steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were top, even the kids finished it. fortunately, we did not look at the previous comments, we would have gone through a peat.

We always have a nice time when we eat in Le Solferino. We usually go there because the staff is always friendly and courteous and we enjoy the feeling of brasserie.

Too cool too bad for the cigarette smoke

Very pleasant welcome by a young woman who was very smiling. Order taken by a waiter who was not pleasant or smiling. He allowed himself to address his young colleague in a tone that was more than unpleasant. The customers called on him to ask for their dish, but he ignored them and turned his back on them to go in the other direction. We waited a long time before he deigned to come and take the children's dessert order and didn't even ask us if we would like one! When paying the bill we witnessed very heated verbal exchanges between the waiter, his colleagues and the cook. In short, we ate well, the dishes were plentiful and very good but unfortunately the service really left something to be desired and the behavior of the waiter represented the reputation of Parisian waiters.
