What an entertaining and delicious evening! We registered for a two-hour (7:00 - 9:00 p.m.) "Food and Wine Pairing Workshop" at Le Cordon Bleu. The chef and wine expert spoke in French but there is always an English translator (ours was Emma) in attendance who was excellent.
