Attracted by a TV report boasting the homemade cuisine as at the great mother of the restaurant the plate we came to taste the dinner. Installed on a small table close to the nearby tables the discomfort led us to ask for a change of table .ce which was allowed us kindly. The restaurant was full and the warmed cassoulet for a long time was sticky and strong acid under the one eaten in castelnaudary who had enchanted us.The low-digestible veal head also disappointed us we had probably overestimated the restaurant on the advertisements made
Happiness is in the plate! Let the boss detail it, he talks about his card and his products in real love...what happiness!some wolves at the level of the wine card (champagne not available, missing wine.) a very authentic and warm atmosphere, the calf head is perfect, the peat in the grapefruit is delicious, the lasagnes de seiche un regal...and the pheasant wrought to the raspberry hummmma!
An address as it is rare to find it today. Excellent products and a small care service make this restaurant a must for a good French cuisine. The cassoulet 6 meats is in the autumn, desserts (dairy rice and caramel cream) as well as recommended meeting/wine agreements are sublime. We had a good time!
I found L’Assiette while searching for a place that served cassoulet in Paris, and I had a wonderful experience. I went on a Sunday evening, and felt relaxed and unhurried. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cassoulet was so delicious, I honestly wished I had a fridge in my hotel to keep the leftovers. The portion was easily enough for 2–3 people, so the price made sense to me and was worth it either way. The server recommended a red wine that paired beautifully with the dish. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert, but maybe next time. I will definitely be back.
Amazing cassoulet. Huge portion, full of flavor and luscious. Comforting, hearty, and sticks to your ribs. Everyone should come to Paris and eat here and get this dish. The escargot was super tasty as well. Almost ordered a second round. The pork cheeks were tender and flavorful. Could have licked the plate clean. The honey ice cream was home made and a fabulous way to end the meal. Must go! I would fly back from the US to eat here again and again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
