The absolute highlight here i... read more This is a classic Paris restaurant in a truly nice location, offering a lovely atmosphere and incredibly welcoming, helpful staff. The absolute highlight here is the cassoulet—it was fantastic! Rich, perfectly slow-cooked, and packed with flavor. However, a major piece of advice for future diners: if you want to go for the cassoulet, I highly suggest taking only this. It is incredibly hearty and filling all on its own. If you try to do an appetizer or dessert alongside it, you will easily be overwhelmed. Let the cassoulet be the star of the show! Highly recommended for a comforting, authentic meal in Paris.

The cassoulet was... read more I have eaten at the restaurant 4 years ago and totally enjoyed the food and experience then. Yesterday we found the service and food lacking. The cassoulet was bland and almost tasteless. It obviously had not been cooking for enough time and the spices were not adequate. The waiter did not ask us if we wanted dessert , more wine or cafe.

I went on a Sunday evening, and felt relaxed and unhurried. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cassoulet was so delicious, I honestly wished I had a fridge in my hotel to keep the leftovers. The portion was easily enough for 2–3 people, so the price made sense to me and was worth it either way. The server recommended a red wine that paired beautifully with the dish. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert, but maybe next time. I will definitely be back.

Huge portion, full of flavor and luscious. Comforting, hearty, and sticks to your ribs. Everyone should come to Paris and eat here and get this dish. The escargot was super tasty as well. Almost ordered a second round. The pork cheeks were tender and flavorful. Could have licked the plate clean. The honey ice cream was home made and a fabulous way to end the meal. Must go!
